Isaac Zavale is a Mozambican fine and street artist born in 1988 in Maputo, currently based between Johannesburg and Berlin. His work explores social and political life in Southern Africa through inner-city landscapes, drawing on his background in mural painting and sign-writing to portray how African communities creatively occupy and shape urban space.
